2. Are! govt. knows these peoples.

Those people are changing their IP addresses and renew his websites Regularly which makes hide them to come under surveillance of  the cyber Intelligence.

WEB

Surface Web: The web which we normally surf, like facebook, twitter, various websites etc which are easily available on Google. They just consist of 1–2% of the total web, i.e., the rest 97% is hidden from the general public.

Deep Web: These websites are not indexed on Google and hence anyone cannot easily open them. The web which is used by the governments of various countries for keeping their important files and documents which is not and shouldn’t be exposed to the public. Also, it contains databases of various companies and employees who are not to be made public.

Dark Web: You can call this a subset of Deep Web. But it is where various illegal activities take place like selling of guns, ammo and even can hire hitman etc. Read my answer on the dark web:
Now Deep Web and Dark Web can be surfed only if you have the address of that particular site(though hard to find).

Marianas Web

It is the deepest web, even deeper and dangerous than dark web and deep web. Now as I told above, the dark and deep web can only be surfed only if you have the address of that particular website. But for surfing Marianas Web, you must have the address as well as the key to access the website. Now even reaching Marianas Web is really difficult, leave alone entering.

A little bit of information regarding Marianas Web. Its name is derived from the Mariana Trench, which is often known as the deepest point of the oceans on the Earth.

Its often told that the top secrets of the government can be found in Marianas Web. Also, its told that the information of the lost city of Atlantis can also be found there(I seriously don’t know whether this info is real or just fake). Overall you can tell that it is the deepest part of the internet.

Now entering is Marianas Web is very very difficult. Even the biggest hacker would also have problem in entering there. As of today, it is nearly impossible to enter there. We would need Quantum Computers or super computers to dominate Marianas Web which has high processing powers.


To conclude, if Marianas web exist, then I do not think, anyone have entered or this story or whatever I told may be fake. I just tried to inform you regarding these fact which are very interesting but at the same time very dangerous. So just remain away from these.

Basically the hackers are divided into two categories:

Black hat hackers  

Every country has set some guidelines to access internet  and peoples those do not follow the guidelines and do crimes which are also knows as cyber crimes those peoples are commonly know as black hat hackers.

White hat hackers

Those hackers who work with govt. and raw departments to help govt are commonly known as white hat hackers.

Difference is what between them are only is the black hat hackers do illegal work and white hat hackers do work with cyber intelligence...

Red rooms

Red rooms are those rooms where a person are humiliated and tortured by some peoples  even they cut their body parts on the others side audience will enjoy by seeing these thing on his PC screens.

I cant imagine the mental state of those people who watch this kind of  things they are mentally sick …..

Well red rooms are real but on deep web there are lots of scams they took money from you and do fraud to you

And then you cant even make complain to police because if u do that then according to cyber crime rules you also comes into punishable category.

One story which is often rumoured that, once a freelancer who did website designing was hired by a person on Reddit platform. Te person’s name was 450W( it is obviously a pen name just to remain anonymous). Now this person told the freelancer to make a simple website. But the astonishing fact is 450W(the person) was ready to pay $50,000 per week, which is way above the freelancer’s pay. Naturally he agreed to do the task. Now 450W told him to make a website on a private server. He worked for nearly 8 weeks. Now the freelancer had some doubt as to why would anyone pay him so much to make such a simple website. Since he was working on a private network, he had limited access to the site.

The message containing binary is decoded as follows:

• Are they innocent if they are innocent then why govt. should not take action against these crimes?

This is because, as I told, that many country’s government secret is stored and various databases are stored which they don’t want to expose.

People who are tortured in this rooms are innocents and blackmailed by these peoples and stuck to that place to do this kind of job.

Nobody helps them just because in deep web we could not find or track the IP of those peoples

 If common peoples tries to do this they got hack and their system gonna crash even they  tracks you and may somewhere they find you and kills you.

TOR ONION

It is a browser which is connected to tor network and it is the way to access the deep web and surf on it.

In tor we need the particular address to access specific sites. Tor changes our IP address creates fake IP and also bounce our IP which make you safe with your real IP .

Phishing

It’s a type of scams where hackers sends you  a link of websites which are as same to the original websites and when users put his login id and password to the page.
Hackers got his id and password and you are gonna hacked by phishing attack.

It just  like a trapping a fish .
